Disney Family Vacations, Cruises & Parks

My first Disney experience occurred in August 1972 and It was HOT!!! The asphalt was melting, my infant sister cried the entire time, and my parents were ill prepared - but I was hooked. My love affair with all things Disney had begun!

Fast-forward 30 years; I was raising my children and working on my Masters Degree when I was confronted with a health crisis and faced some challenging treatment. So, I planned a Disney trip to encourage myself and my family through the treatment. Each time I got discouraged, I whipped out my Disney itinerary and started planning. Looking forward to that trip got me through a very rough time. (...)

After treatment ended, I realized that my former career was not a path I would continue down; it was time for a change. I had planned many trips for family and friends over the years so I decided to make planning Disney vacations my career. My professional background was Insurance and Customer Relations so becoming a vacation planner was not a huge departure. We visited the Parks frequently but then I was fortunate to take a Disney Cruise. WOW!...I had fallen in love with the sea as well. Since then, I have added cruising to my repertoire.

I consider myself so fortunate to create the magic every day.
